365 Connect Launches Version 5.0 – Open Platform

365 Connect has just launched its latest upgrade, Version 5.0, to its Resident Services Portal and Online Leasing Center. Version 5.0 builds deeper integration between the Resident Services Portal and Online Leasing Center. The Resident Services Platform in Version 5.0 brings the bulk of its services outside the resident login. Residents only need to login to communicate with management, post on the newly launched “Shout Box,” view a new feature called “My Lease” and other secure transactional services.

On the inside, features such as My Lease gives a resident a snap shot of their monthly changes, lease start and ending date. It also enables a resident to request lease renewal and auto reminds both the resident and management when a lease is coming up for renewal. Residents can also interact with fellow residents through a running online chat type forum know as the Shout Box. Other login services allow residents to communicate with management, request services and report community issues via their own secure message platform.

On the outside are some of the most enhanced features ever unveiled in the multifamily industry, including Get Local; one of the most powerful and cutting edge tools the Resident Services Portal offers. Get Local is a mash-up map that uses the property location as its beacon. From this point, a resident can click on 7 main categories, which in turn delivers a total of 44 sub-category items. Upon clicking an item, such as Child Care, Elementary Schools, Doctors, etc; the map delivers up to 20 results in a 5-mile radius of the property location (up to 880 results in total). The chosen result is displayed on the map with, distance from property, name, address, phone, and link to website (if available) and the ability to send this information to a mobile phone. Also unveiled is Learn TV; a powerful “On-Demand” delivery method platform for Educational, Health, Informational and How To materials. Learn TV, a mash-up from the YouTube, delivers 60 different videos for residents to view. The videos are updated monthly to assure new content is always available.
