A working knowledge of SaaS solutions and the ability to serve as a products and subject matter expert during the sales process is required. In addition, you should encompass strong written and verbal communication skills with a profound efficiency for relaying technical information. You must have at least 2 years of experience within the technical support and training field with proven track record of implementing strategies that utilize consultative selling and relationship-building techniques.
