Product Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and charismatic Product Solutions Specialist, responsible for executing successful product demonstrations, managing presentations, and maintaining customer interactions. A working knowledge of SaaS solutions and the ability to serve as a products and subject matter expert during the sales process is required. In addition, you should encompass strong written and verbal communication skills with a profound efficiency for relaying technical information. You must have at least 2 years of experience within the technical support and training field with proven track record of implementing strategies that utilize consultative selling and relationship-building techniques.


  • Become a product expert by learning the capabilities and intricacies of our platform.
  • Demonstrate our products and all their capabilities to prospective clients and partners.
  • Assist clients in understanding the unique value proposition we deliver in the market.
  • Provide market, competitive, and client feedback to product development team.
  • Develop and implement marketing and user materials to articulate our products.
  • Participate in tradeshows and summits to demonstrate our products and offerings.


  • Self-starter with ability to work in an individual capacity and on a team.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities with engaging personality.
  • Proficiency in communicating effectively— both verbally and in writing.
  • Understanding of technical products with a dedication to solving issues.
  • Prior experience in SaaS product support, demonstrations, and training.
  • Ability to translate technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Experience in implementing processes to track and maintain sales data.
  • Driven to improve upon our current product and expand offerings.
