NEW ORLEANS, LA - 365 Connect, a leading provider of award-winning marketing, leasing, and resident technology platforms for the multifamily housing industry announced today that the company will participate in the Baton Rouge Apartment Association Product & Services Trade Show (BRAA Trade Show). The conference takes place on October 19, 2016 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Providing technology solutions to multifamily housing communities across the nation, 365 Connect will demonstrate its innovative resident lifecycle platform during the event. The 365 Connect Platform resolves issues every multifamily community faces: whether it’s marketing, leasing, or delivering services to residents. The platform reduces marketing spend, optimizes lead flow, simplifies onboarding experiences and delivers multi-channel communication tools.
365 Connect Founder and CEO, Kerry W. Kirby, stated, “The BRAA Trade Show continues to be the largest and most significant event of the year in the Louisiana market. The event is one of the best opportunities to come face-to-face with the decision makers, who are interested in learning more about the latest innovations in the industry. 365 Connect is excited to participate in this premier event, which many anticipate throughout the whole year.”
The BRAA Trade Show will feature a “Geaux Pink” theme this year. Geaux Pink is a signature awareness and fundraising program that encourages individuals, schools, businesses and sports teams to join in the fight against cancer during October; the National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. A portion of proceeds from the trade show will go to the Mary Bird Perkins Our Lady of the Lake Cancer Center, to directly support cancer awareness, early detection and screening programs in the Baton Rouge community.
With 41 technology awards and counting, the 365 Connect Platform is highly recognized by its peers for its unique ability to market communities across the Internet, automate social media postings, and deliver decision-making resources and transactional tools across multiple devices. Today, 365 Connect’s technology platforms are utilized across the nation by the most respected national, regional, and local multifamily housing operators.
“365 Connect is excited to participate in the BRAA Trade Show. In addition to exhibiting, we will serve as the exclusive registration sponsor this year. We are also getting behind the Geaux Pink movement, and are proud to stand alongside our industry and community leaders to join in the fight against cancer. We invite attendees to visit us in the Exhibit Hall, meet our amazing team, and learn why multifamily communities all over the country are leveraging the power of our platform,” Kirby added.
