Sales Strategist

We are seeking a driven, strategic, and results-oriented Sales Strategist responsible for developing and executing revenue growth initiatives that expand our footprint across the multifamily housing industry. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and aligning solutions with client needs to drive measurable business outcomes. You should have strong experience in consultative selling, digital platforms, and multichannel marketing strategies. In addition, you should be comfortable working with CRM systems, data analytics, and modern sales tools. You must have at least 5 years of experience in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and closing high-value deals to qualify.

Responsibilites

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert high-value prospects into long-term clients.
  • Present and position solutions that align with client goals and operational needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts.
  • Collaborate with product teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance using CRM and data-driven insights.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in consultative sales, business development, or account management.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with digital platforms, SaaS solutions, or technology-driven products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and own results.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and build lasting client relationships.
  • Confidence to challenge convention and drive innovative sales strategies.
